Call Our Senators TODAY!!!! It is easy and they will listen to you….they did me.
I told the staffer that I am from NH and if he wants our votes that he needs to not support the Amnesty bill. They need to ONLY enforce our EXISTING laws as making new ones does nothing for America. We need them to secure our border and enforce our laws, period until that is done nothing else

| Talking point: | Senators who champion the amnesty bill are trying to sell the bill by FALSELY claiming that illegal aliens will have to pay back taxes. This has been a staple of all the polling trying to find ways to show that the public can actually support some kind of legalization. It was supposed to be a big deal that you would make the illegal aliens pay back taxes before they get the amnesty. In fact, though, illegal aliens will not have to pay back taxes under this bill. We are told the White House insisted during negotiations that this requirement be removed. | ||||||||||||||
| Talking point: | The Enforcement Triggers in S. 1348 have absolutely nothing to do with the amnesty, which is offered at the beginning and effectively for life. There is some disagreement between Kennedy and Kyl about how the triggers affect getting into the process that will lead to a chance for citizenship. But in terms lifetime residence and job amnesty, the illegals get it at the very beginning — there may never be a single bit more enforcement than now and they have their amnesty for life. | ||||||||||||||
| Talking point: | If S. 1348 passes and illegal aliens apply for the amnesty, they will get the Probationary Visa within 24 hours. It looks like they have to pay $1,000 at that time. The bill gives DHS 6 months to start taking applications and a year after that to receive them (but can extend a second year if it decides not enough time). Once in possession of the PV, there is no reason the illegal will ever have to go home unless he decides to do so or disqualifies himself with certain criminal activity. The PV has no expiration date on it, except when the Z-visas are available. | ||||||||||||||
| Talking point: | At the point that the government begins issuing the Z-Visas, it is supposed to offer one to all the illegal aliens within six months. The Z visa lasts four years. The $1,000 cost of the first one has been paid at the application. The illegal doesn’t have to do anything the rest of his life other than pay $1,000 every four years for another Z-visa. In effect, the cost of the lifetime amnesty for the illegal is $250 a year once the Z-visas are available — $5 a week for the legal right to live and work in the U.S.! | ||||||||||||||
