This is America where we have freedom of speech. Yes, I agree but it that freedom at the expense of Military lives? Is it at the expense of National Security?
I am of the mind lately that the government and military at a time of war needs to place more control on information leaked to the media and the abilitiy of the media to disclose vital military valued intelligence. In the military we are trained all the time not to disclose even pieces of vital strategic and logistic information and NEVER talk around a issue or deployment action. WHY NOT?
Seems everyone else does with no regard for the lives it may cost….well American or our Allies. It seems there is high regard for our enemies and the terrorists. Look at the NYT’s they revelle in exposing military and national security HEZBOLLAH’S FAVORITE NEWSPAPER
It is time to remove the media from the war zone except under controlled release of information. It is time to AGGRESIVELY persue leakers and those in critical positions of our government providing this information to the media. Until such time that the media takes a America first approach to it’s coverage I say no coverage is better than bad and damaging coverage.
Why does it seem the world hates America???? Easy NY Times tells them they should. Our enemies in America are the terrorists and the NY Times along with any other liberal anti-American media outlet. Blackout, arrest and convict them for TREASON!!
