This is a very good Veto. Shows the Man has Principle. I feel Federal tax dollars SHOULD not go for this research! Let the Medical companies that plan to profit from this POSSIBLE science to cure people. I am sure some fat cat medical company in the pockets of the Congress was hoping you and I would foot this bill so they can get rich.

Again Bravo Mr. President!! Now if you could just wise up on Illegal Immigration you would be on a roll! No AMESTY no Guest Worker UNTIL the BORDER is Secure not just with words but tough ACTION!!! with RESULTS!!
Then we will talk about a guest worker plan, by my calculations 2-3 yrs from now.

The bottom line: taxpayer dollars do not fund the destruction of human embryos, and human embryos do not need to be destroyed to find new cures for disease. Federal funding is not the magic answer to everything.
